The Role
Are you a natural networker with a strong commercial drive and a passion for technology? To support our growth in Belgium, we’re looking for an Account Manager who spots opportunities, builds lasting relationships, and brings our innovative lighting solutions to life for clients.
In this entrepreneurial role, you’ll have the freedom to develop a new market from the ground up. You’ll visit installers, lighting consultants, architects, and end customers, identify their needs, and translate technical possibilities into clear, convincing proposals. You make projects shine — literally and figuratively.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and acquire new customers within the Belgian market, primarily in the Brussels Capital region, with reach into Flanders and Wallonia.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Detect commercial opportunities and manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closing.
- Advise clients on innovative and smart lighting solutions.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from marketing, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Host customers and organize demonstrations in our showroom in Houten (NL).
- Work hybridly, with regular presence in Houten for client meetings and team alignment.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account-management, specification/project business.
- Educational background in Sales, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Interest in technology or a network in construction, installation, or lighting is a strong plus.
- A hunter mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Native French speaker with professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Home-Office based in or near Brussels, willing to travel frequently within Belgium and to Houten (NL).
