Wrap takes its unique appearance from having all of its surfaces shaped by the technical content. The casing sits tightly around the components, just as if it were made of shrink wrap. Just by looking at the luminaire you understand how it works - that light is distributed both downwards and upwards.
Wrap builds on a design concept of emphasising the lighting technology and function, instead of trying to hide it. Without compromising on light treatment or energy efficiency, the material consumption has been minimised without trapping unnecessary air under the casing. The shape is reinforced by the distinctive end cap which provides visual weight and stability.
Wrap is a complete system for general and work lighting in public places with high demands on aesthetics and energy efficiency; available in ceiling-mounted and suspended models in both single and continuous versions.
Wrap offers maximum control when adjusting the direct and indirect outputs, with each distribution equipped with its own light source. The inclusion of a multi-ballast offers the flexibility to change between the wattages of lamps of the same size, even after installation. The ceiling model, which is intended for general lighting, provides a predominately direct light. The slot in the sides of the luminaire housing releases a small amount of indirect light onto the ceiling; creating a soft incidental light.
